Puspabitan Nursery, Kharagpur, West Bengal, India, runs www.puspabitan.com. This page explains what we collect when you browse, log in, or place an order.

What we collect

• Name, 10-digit mobile number, and delivery address when you create an account.
• Order contents, amounts, and status so we can fulfill and support your order.
• A one-time SMS code to log in. We store a hash of that code, not the code itself, until it expires.
• Session cookies so you stay logged in. These are HttpOnly and are not used for advertising.

Payments

Card, UPI, and net-banking payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and amount. We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank password.

How we use it

• To place, pack, and ship your order, and to send the invoice and order updates.
• To verify your mobile number by SMS (2Factor.in).
• To message you on WhatsApp about an order you placed, using Meta’s Cloud API.

Who we share with

We share what is needed to run the shop: Razorpay for payments, our SMS provider for login codes, WhatsApp for order messages, and a courier with your address when a shipment goes out. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept so we can fulfill orders, handle refunds, and meet tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to update or delete personal details that we no longer need for an open order.
