Puspabitan Nursery, Kharagpur, West Bengal, India, runs www.puspabitan.com. This page explains what we collect when you browse, log in, or place an order.

What we collect

• Name, 10-digit mobile number, and delivery address when you create an account.
• Order contents, amounts, and status so we can fulfill and support your order.
• A one-time SMS code to log in. We keep a one-way copy until it expires, not the code itself.
• A login cookie so you stay signed in. It is not used for ads.

Payments

Card, UPI, and net banking go through our payment provider. We get a payment reference and amount. We do not keep your card number, UPI PIN, or bank password. Payment-proof photos and shipping PDFs sit on a private link. Anyone with that link can open the file.

How we use it

• To place, pack, and ship your order, and to send the invoice and updates.
• To verify your mobile number by SMS.
• To message you on WhatsApp about an order you placed.

Who we share with

We share what is needed to run the shop: our payment provider, our SMS provider for login codes, WhatsApp for order messages, and a courier with your address when we ship. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept so we can fulfill orders, handle refunds, and meet tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to update or delete personal details that we no longer need for an open order.
