These terms apply to orders on www.puspabitan.com from Puspabitan Nursery in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India.

The shop

We sell rose plants for delivery in India. Orders are prepaid only. There is no cash on delivery. We may close the storefront for packing or stock reasons; you cannot place a new order while it is closed.

How an order works

1. You place an order for the plants in your cart. Item prices are taken from our catalog at that moment, not from the browser.
2. We review the order and add delivery charges.
3. We send an invoice on WhatsApp. You pay the balance on the order page via Razorpay.
4. We pack and dispatch after payment. Typical delivery is 7–10 days from dispatch.

Plants

These are living plants. Size, bloom, and color can vary with season and growing conditions. Photographs are a guide. We pack for transit; we cannot control weather or courier handling after dispatch.

Your account

Login uses an SMS one-time code to your Indian mobile number. You are responsible for the delivery address you save. Keep the number you use for OTP and WhatsApp reachable until the order is delivered.

Cancellation and refunds

See Refund and shipping. In short: you may request a cancel while the order is unpaid and not yet shipped. Paid orders are handled as described on that page.
