These terms apply to orders on www.puspabitan.com from Puspabitan Nursery in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India.

The shop

We deliver rose plants across India.

Orders are prepaid. There is no cash on delivery.

We may close the shop to pack or restock. You cannot place a new order while it is closed.

How an order works

1. You order the plants in your cart. There is no payment yet. Item prices are the catalog prices at that time, not a price from your browser.
2. We review the order and add delivery for your pincode.
3. We send the invoice with payment details on WhatsApp, usually within 2–3 days of confirming your order. You can pay on the order page only after that invoice is ready.
4. We pack after you pay and ship within 7–10 days.

Plants

These are living plants. Size, bloom, and color can vary with season and growing conditions. Photographs are a guide. We pack for transit; we cannot control weather or the courier after we ship.

Your account

Login uses an SMS one-time code to your Indian mobile number. You are responsible for the delivery address you save. Keep the number you use for OTP and WhatsApp reachable until the order is delivered.
